Occupational Health Safety and Environment Expert

🛡️ The Opportunity

TCR Group is a global leader in integrated GSE solutions, operating in an international and fast-paced environment. As part of our ongoing commitment to safety and operational excellence, we are looking for an OHSE Expert to join our international Operations team.

This role is an exciting opportunity to drive tangible improvements in safety culture, project execution and performance across the TCR group. You’ll lead key safety initiatives and help standardise our approach to OHSE in multiple countries.

🎬 A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

• Drive OHSE improvement and standardization projects at both our headquarters and local entities by:

  • Leading the implementation of safety improvement initiative

  • Defining and standardizing our safety management systems

  • Coaching and training people on HSE, Standards and Safety improvement tools.

• Play a key role in the ongoing development of our OHSE programs, including:

  • Enhancing our safety management system

  • Supporting OHSE-related IT tools, such as Quentic

  • Developing OHSE training and awareness programs

• Support day-to-day OHSE operations through:

  • OHSE reporting and data analysis

  • Monitoring OHSE performance in collaboration with local teams

  • Leading OHSE communications and awareness campaigns

🕵 We are looking for an individual who has:

• Strong project management skills (must-have)

• Experience in OHSE, ideally in an operational or workshop setting (nice-to-have)

• A hands-on, proactive and pragmatic mindset

• The ability to work effectively across cultures and matrix organisations

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• A positive, team-oriented and collaborative working style

• Fluent English (other TCR languages are a plus)

• Willingness to travel (~20%) across Europe

• Eligibility to work in Belgium
